Our contract

When you place an order to purchase a product from SUBWAY®, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us.

Refunds and Delivery Policy

Once you have placed an order on the site, the store will accept your order and provide you with an estimated delivery time if you've chosen as soon as possible. If for some reason the store has to decline your order, you will recieve a full refund. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact the store you placed the order at. Delivery times are estimates and may be slightly longer than stated if the store is busy.
